Returns & Exchanges

The Short Version

You’ve got 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
Keep it clean, keep it tagged, keep the packaging — and we’ll keep it easy.


Returns

If you’re not completely happy with your order, email support@decentseas.com within 14 days of receiving it.


To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original packaging with tags

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Once approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions.
(Please don’t send items back without checking in first — they’ll be refused faster than a soggy beach towel.)


Exchanges

Need a different size or color? No problem.
When you reach out, let us know what you’d like instead.
If the exchange item is in stock, we’ll reserve it while your return is in transit — no need to repurchase and wait for a refund.
If it’s not available, we’ll process a refund instead.


Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or just not what you ordered, email support@decentseas.com right away with photos. We’ll sort it out quickly and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items are final sale — including:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards

When in doubt, email us before ordering or returning. We’ll give you a straight answer — no legalese required.


Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.
(Your bank or card company may take a few extra days to post it — we wish we could control that part, too.)

If it’s been more than 10 business days since your refund was approved, reach out at support@decentseas.com so we can chase it down.
